One content model for talent pages in six countries
Clear, friendly guardrails let local recruiting teams run their own pages and stay on brand.

The challenge
Recruiting teams in several countries wanted their own LinkedIn presence. Without shared standards, each page risked going quiet or drifting away from the brand.
Our approach
We wrote the rollout strategy and governance model for regional talent pages in the US, Ireland, Lithuania, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines. It covered when a location qualifies for its own page (250+ projected annual hires) and how the phased rollout would work. It also set editorial, photo, and ambassador standards, biweekly check-ins with local recruiting leads, and monthly and quarterly reporting.
