Sur-Ryl Marketing is a dba of The Sur-Ryl Group LLC. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you choose to share, plus some basic information about how people use our site. We use it to respond to you, work with you, improve your experience, and reach people who may be interested in our work. We don’t sell it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send us a message, book a call, take the Message to Momentum Audit, or email us an RFP, we collect what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the details of your request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you found us. Our hosting and security services use it to keep the site secure and working. We also use analytics tools, which rely on cookies and similar technologies, to understand how people find and use our site so we can make it more useful. Our home page also sets a small cookie that remembers which featured portraits you’ve already seen, so you see a different one on your next visit.
Advertising. We use advertising tools, such as tracking pixels from the platforms where we run ads, to see how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. These tools collect information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed, and each platform’s own privacy policy covers how it uses that information.

Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we use it only for the purposes described on this page. We share it with service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management, scheduling and email tools, our audit platform (ScoreApp), and our website host and security provider, and only so they can provide those services to us. When you visit our site, our analytics and advertising providers also receive information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies, as described above. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us, we may text you about your inquiry, scheduled calls, and occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of working with us.
We don’t share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in Who we share it with doesn’t include this information, which we share only with the providers that deliver our text messages.
Videos and other embedded content
Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies when you play a video.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. You can also ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@surrylmarketing.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we’ll respond to those requests as the law requires.
To limit tracking, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage the ads you see through your ad settings on the platforms where they appear or at optout.aboutads.info. Some parts of the site may not work as well with cookies turned off.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to respond to you, work with you, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and a website security service, to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for organizations and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
