Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of how we design, write, and build.
What we do
- Structure each page with clear headings so it’s easy to scan and navigate
- Write descriptive text for meaningful images and leave decorative images out of the way of screen readers
- Make menus, buttons, and pop-ups usable with a keyboard
- Check color contrast as we design and adjust it when something falls short
- Label links to PDFs and pages that open in a new tab
Where we are today
We review new pages as we publish them, and we fix issues as we find them. We haven’t completed a full independent audit of this site yet. Some older articles in our Insights archive and some PDF files may not fully meet these standards. If you need any of them in another format, we’ll gladly provide it.

Accessibility in our client work
Accessibility is part of the work we deliver for clients too, from websites built toward WCAG 2.1 AA to accessible documents and captioned video. Our team includes an accessibility specialist who guides review and testing on client projects.
