Recruiting in German, close to home
A German-language out‑of‑home poster that invited people near the office into support jobs with purpose.
A global medical technology company

The challenge
The company’s customer support team in Germany helps patients manage their health, and the team needed to grow. Many good candidates likely lived nearby. The company wanted to reach them close to the office, in German that read naturally.
Our approach
We led creative direction and copywriting for a poster on the advertising column in front of the office. We also advised on design. The message was simple: this work matters, and the open roles are online.
We worked closely with the program manager on translation for accuracy, gender-inclusive language, and cultural nuance. On the poster, that shows up as “Patient:innen,” a gender-inclusive form that’s common in German job ads.
